In September, Salesforce, Anthropic, OpenAI and Meta each staked a claim to the layer where employees work with AI agents. Buyers now have to decide where their agents live.
Meta now sells AI bundles and creator and business tiers across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta AI, and says it has 15 million subscriptions and trials.
Meta said its assistant can now plan tasks, connect to email and calendar apps and act on users' behalf, starting in select markets on the Meta AI app and meta.ai.
