Oracle and Nscale filings in September show enormous contracted demand and negative free cash flow, and Nscale relies on two customers for most of its backlog. Buyers should plan for delivery risk.
The London-based GPU cloud and data center company disclosed fast revenue growth, a $103 billion contracted backlog and a $1.02 billion first-half net loss.
Bloomberg reported that Anthropic will pay Nscale about $45 billion over six years for roughly 460 megawatts of Nvidia Vera Rubin capacity starting in late 2027.
